Costume Crafting

This is a new system that allows you to craft Weapon/Armor costumes (normal).
You can craft various Weapon/Armor costumes (normal) by using items obtained from defeating level 70 monsters and items purchased with Honor Reward Points through the "Treasure Manager" NPC.
