You can enter [Battle of madness - The Ruins of Death] from Manager of Dungeon guide NPC in Geojo' Taberncle.
The Ruins of Death is a guild dungeon, so the guild master must enter first.
The Ruins of Death can be entered once per day, and the battle lasts for 2 hours.

Entry Level: 70 or higher
Entry Cost: 100,000 zamogeon

The Ruins of Death Information

The Ruins of Death features a boss monster with powerful abilities from the Underworld.
The dungeon difficulty is 4 stages.
And as the stage level increases, more powerful boss monsters appear, so cooperation with guild members is required.
The Watcher of the Underworld does not have a color name system, and all players can challenge it on equal terms.
However, he has strong attack and defense power, so it requires cooperation with another player,
and when it falls below a certain HP, it becomes violent and uses powerful area-of-effect damage and stun attacks.

Upon defeating the Ruins of Death boss, all participants will receive a dungeon clear reward.
