If a member or your child has a problem with the company's game, we will guide you to the proper way to solve the problem. [What is the age limit and overall policy of the game?] You can check your company's game age at the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store's Game Additional information. Please refer to the Terms of Service or Privacy Policy page for more information. [How can I manage or deactivate purchases on the app?] The company's games are free to download. Please note that the company's games are offered entirely as an optional “in-app purchase”. In-app purchases are traded in real money and in-app purchases are available “in-game”. ※ Note: Through the general settings of the member's portable terminal, you can easily manage the functions of purchasing on the app, adjusting password protection settings, or disabling the entire purchase on the app. The method varies depending on whether you use an Apple iOS device such as an iPhone or iPad or a Google Android device. [Who handles in-app purchases] The company does not have the authority to process payments related to purchases on the app or to access member's credit card information. In this case, payment will be processed in the Google Play and Apple App Stores depending on the member's device.
