  We will inform you about the accounts that can be used on the test server.
  
  If you fall under any of the following categories, please refer to the following.
  
  [New Account]
  - We will help you to use the account created by registering as a member on the website if you receive inquiries by 6 pm Korean time.
  (Accounts that do not receive inquiries can be used from 11 am on the next business day in Korea time)
  
  [Dormant Account]
  - Accounts that have been released from dormancy by logging in to the website and verifying identity will be available for use by submitting inquiries by 6:00 PM Korean time.
